1.         CONDITIONS OF SALE

1.1  CONDITIONS RELATING TO THE TRANFER OF PROPERTY

Risk shall be transferred when the shipment leaves the warehouse.

IMPORTANT: Any damage caused during transport must be clearly indicated on the carrier’s delivery order. You then have three working days from the date of delivery, to lodge a claim by registered letter with an acknowledgement of receipt (for non-conformity or failure to deliver) to the carrier with a copy of the precise and characterized reservations done on the day you signed the delivery order.  If one of these conditions is not met, no claim for exchange or guarantee will be taken into account.


1.2  DELIVERY CONDITIONS

WHERE

Goods will be delivered on European and North African territory, as defined by the ISAF, at a location of your choice. To do so, you must indicate the complete delivery address in the insert provided for that purpose. If the delivery address is different from you home address, please mention it clearly. The carrier may contact you before delivery.

WHEN

Your order will be taken into account when payment is received. The delivery period, if indicated, will only be so for information purposes, and will depend on the timetable imposed by the carrier.

HOW MUCH

The shipping fees are offered for any delivery on one of regatta sites, or updated list on this web site.

ORDER

You have the possibility to order online by means of the electronic form order. You must imperatively create your online account by filling in the mandatory fields such as name, complete address, telephone number and e-mail address. Those fields are required so we can contact you in the most efficient ways if there is any issue on your order.

 

2.      PRICES

All prices include French VAT 20%.

3.      TERMS OF PAYMENT

By bank transfer: On the Groupe Satet bank’s account which all required information will be sent to you be e-mail.

By credit card: All you have to do is to send us the number of your credit card, the expiration date, the last three numbers at the back of the card (on the signature panel) as well as the name of the owner.

By bank check - for clients residing in metropolitan France only – Send it to : GROUPE SATET, PARC D'ENTREPRISES, 29690, BRENNILIS, France, indicating your invoice or order number on it.

 

4.      WARRANTY

The warranty claims are expressly undertaken by THE PRYDE GROUP according to the terms and conditions presented in the “Consumer Direct Warranty Claim”. A copy can be found on our website or on the following link:

THE SATET GROUP only intervenes in the equipment’s replacement once THE PRYDE GROUP has accepted the warranty claim.

THE PRYDE GROUP reserves the right to accept or refuse the warranty claim according to the cause of the problem.

Warranty does not apply in any matters to second hand equipment.

 

5.      OTHER DISPOSITIONS

We reserve the right to proceed to technical modifications aiming to improve the quality of the products, without preliminary notification.

In accordance with the French “Informatique et Liberté” law of January the 6Th, 1978, you have a right to access and rectify any information that concerns you.

6.      PRIVACY

We may collect personal information from you, such as your name, email address, postal address, phone number, when you visit our website, place an order online or by phone, save your information with us online, contact us. We may maintain a record of your product interests and the purchases you make online or by phone.
